Agree the selection and terms before payment. Procurement and shipment follow JFL’s confirmation that payment has been received.
Consult → quote including freight → confirm order → prepayment → shipment
Review products, quantities, import requirements, shipping feasibility and delivery scope.
Agree the product and freight quote. We then issue an invoice.
Make the advance payment. JFL confirms receipt of the funds.
After payment is confirmed, we secure and procure the goods and arrange shipment.
Dispatch is planned from Iwate, Japan; this does not indicate where the tea was grown. Freight, delivery to an airport or address, and responsibility for local charges are agreed before ordering.

Enter your destination in the form. We check ingredients, labeling, import requirements and carrier acceptance for the proposed products. Delivery is not guaranteed for every destination.
We check current stock and repeat availability for each item. An initial mixed assortment does not guarantee ongoing supply of the same product. We discuss any proposed substitute with you first.
We confirm names, pack sizes, quantities, verified specifications, shelf life, storage, product prices, freight and delivery scope. Availability and repeat orders are also reviewed individually.
After agreement on the product and freight quote, we issue an invoice for advance payment. JFL secures and procures goods and arranges shipment after confirming receipt of funds. An inquiry does not reserve stock.
